Christmas Gifts for Cyclists from Respoke Designs
Christmas Day is (just!) 40 days away… so it’s starting to feel like a more appropriate time to use the ‘C’ word!
So to kick start a series of Christmas themed posts, we thought we’d start with a massive shout out to a fellow independent business - Respoke Designs.
We’ve been big fans of Respoke Designs for a number of years now. This Malvern based family run business re-purpose old bicycle spokes, turning them into beautiful pieces of jewellery and accessories. In fact, I own a number of their pieces, as Owen often treats me to a new item at Christmas. I don’t wear much jewellery but I always love the design Respoke create and I love that the pieces are made form recycled spokes.
I have some lovely earrings, a ring and a necklace, and every time I wear them out they always get a compliment!
Whether you’re looking for rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches, cufflinks or keyrings for your family or friends they have something for you! You can shop their range on the Respoke Designs website and they have some useful articles with regards to ring sizing!
As well as doing unique designs such as the Atom necklace and new releases like the Tree earrings Mike and Sam also make entire collections, such as the Infinity, Heart and Music ranges; not to mention their cycling themed products, such as the S is for Spoke collection, which is designed for those who are truly passionate about all things bike!
Every single piece comes beautifully presented in black and silver branded packaging, adding to the elegance of the item and making the occasion of opening the gift even more special!
If you love the idea of getting your loved one a gift from Respoke Designs but you’re not sure what to choose the company also offer gift vouchers - perfect if you’re not sure! And it’s easy to be indecisive with so many great items on their website!
We first encountered Respoke Designs at Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre. If you haven’t been to a Worcester Christmas fayre yet, we HIGHLY recommend it. Everyone dresses up in period fitting attire, and the variety of stalls from small local businesses make it a great place to grab Christmas gifts. There’s also plenty of delicious food and drink vendors, helping you to fuel up for the walk up and down the Worcester High Street and side streets.
If you’d like to go this year’s Victorian Christmas Fayre on Worcester High Street is on between Thursday 29th November and Sunday 2nd December - for more info visit the Worcester Christmas Fayre website.
