“Took my bike in with a huge creak from the crank. Owen and Hannah were amazing. So friendly and helpful, genuinely went that extra mile to ensure my bike was back to "like new". Spent time with me after to explain how I can take extra care in areas I had lacked. Very fair price for the work also. Top service, would highly recommend.”
N. Cowman - March 2019
“Great service, knowledgeable friendly staff with excellent customer rapport & to top it off they are even more anal about bikes than I am. Thoroughly recommended, be good to see them get the support they deserve. Thanks guys.”

“EXCELLENT people and service. It's important to remember they don't sell bikes so all opinion and advice is based on knowledge and experience without bias towards particular brands! 🚲👌”
P. McFadden - February 2019
“Thank you, thank you, thank you! After the new chain, cassette and general bike "fettling", today's ride was like riding a completely new bike. With the confidence of brakes that actually worked I clocked 43 mph coming down Malvern and set 68 achievements today! 😀 Great service as usual, thank you!”
G. Williams - February 2019
“I am really happy to see that Academy Bikeworks has opened. A new bike shop with a different outlook on how to help and support cyclists. Took my bike in for a pre-summer look over and was given honest advice with a personal level of service. The result was my bike gleaming, new tyres and adjustments here and there 👌🏼 Hannah and Owen offer a service which is personal with brilliant communication. I look forward to having them support my cycling for a long time!”
R.Keyte - February 2019
“You would have to go a long way to receive service and expertise as good as this. My local bike shop of choice from now on and I would encourage other riders to use Academy Bikeworks. Such a refreshing, helpful and ‘can do’ attitude. “

“Excellent service today - we waited while they sorted out a tyre and tube that had been wrongly fitted elsewhere. Cheerful, obliging, able to do a fix at a moments notice.”
M. Evans - February 2019

I can’t thank you both enough for getting my bike back up and running and even better! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for bike maintenance or repair now I know just how good Academy Bikeworks are!”
